The game is alive when it should be dead. One foot in the final, we all would of taken that.. You can see in that last 10 minutes how quickly things can turn on its head.. Still, with Salah I still fancy us to steal a goal or two away.
apparently 30/50 Roma fans attacked LFC fans outside the Albert pub before the game, one LFC fan in hospital. Daily Fail has a picture of a Roma fan walking along outside the ground with a hammer. So much for the strong Police presence. I can see there being a lot of trouble over there in the second leg
We stomped them We know all about going backwards but we aren't Barca. . We have pace, can play direct when needed . If the away leg has to be 3-2 to them so be it
It's just a bit of an anti-climax. We're all happy really. Apart from those who aren't, but they never are. If you get my drift.

Disappointing end but overall, it’s a very good result and we all would have taken it before the game. Nothing new though - Lovren is just a disaster who will continuously cost us, our midfield has no control and our attack is immense. Let’s hope it’s enough to see us through until end of the season Imagine Naingolan in our team ...
We can’t pick and choose the parts of the match we like and didn’t like. Taking it as a whole, it’s a great result. Just annoying the 2 goals came when they did! Given the way we started (and Mané having, let’s be honest, a mare of a game) it’s a good result. Also we really really took every single advantage when they were poor. Everything went in our favour. Very impressed with him. He always seems quiet when playing for Belgium but is a very gifted player and was the one bit of class Roma had.
Great match Always the hard way for us Shatting myself for next week now but think we can do it, just not going to be easy. We have been warned this tie is not over
Another issue is that we’re bringing on players like Ings to replace Salah. Hopefully we add some real quality to the team this summer.

Barcelona went into their second leg thinking they’d won it. (They’re also not as good at us on the counter). However we will be going to Rome with respect and understanding of what Roma can do.
