I know he isn't. And he knows he isn't, but he will say it anyway. Just like he keeps telling me his name is not meth
Don’t understand the Benitez love-in at all. They’re safe but it’s been a solid, unspectacular season and they’re Newcastle FFS. Burnley are going to Europe. ****ing Burnley! Most of Burnley consider Cornwall to be exotic. Burnley in Latvia/Estonia/Gibraltar is mad and it’s not even from fluking a cup.
It’s not the “who is not a ****” award or Dyche/Howe/Hughton would win by a mile. Bloody Benitez anyway, winning European trophies the bloody bastard. He called our fans **** once too or something the ****ing fat waiter ****. Just because he was bloody right doesn’t stop us hating him the bastard.
Pellegrino trumps all of them by a country mile, he turned a top 8 team into relegation fodder in a few months....
It's because the Newcastle supporters are telling anybody who is willing to listen that they've got the worst players in the league by a mile and if it wasn't for Benitez they wouldn't have more than 10 points.
Claude Puel's done very well to avoid laughing his arse off publicly about that, to be fair! Thought his question dodging when you played Leicester was both prudent and decent of him.
Exactly. It's Newcastle and there's barely been any ridiculous **** all season. He's done very well, in my opinion.
Yet others think Shelvey should be starting for England in the world cup They've got an average team that have done well in an average league (ignoring the top 4) (Waits for people saying the PL is the most competitive league in the world)
Love Boring Football - Love Dyche Yeah he's done well. But **** me they're boring. If boring is the benchmark then jose wins it hands down.
I'd agree, but I think that Benitez may get a few offers this summer. Dyche might too, but I doubt he'll fancy leaving.
Frustrated as hell tbh, Les Reed should walk for what he has done this season, not spending the VVD money in January being the most heinous crime after appointing a novice manager from a minnow club in Spain. I still have a lot of hope for life in the Championship, it will give us a chance to play "our own" young players after the prima donna top earners have all pissed off. Watch out for Hesketh and Sims to tear up that league. Bertrand and Forster can just do one.
I'm still hoping that you do the impossible and stay up, while West Ham do the reverse and lose all of their remaining games. City, Leicester, Utd and Everton. Sam Allardyce sending them down would be absolutely hilarious.
