Go for a run Matth.

It's not difficult to see why you're a mess pal, you take dogs abuse non stop online, you open yourself up to ridicule every day.

We can all see your videos, who is your target audience? Kids shouldn't be watching it, grown adults will only take the piss, there's never anything constructive in the videos only foul-mouthed rants, they're embarrassing and that's how you're putting a big target on your chest.

If you tell somebody enough times they're a piece of ****, eventually they believe that, you can pretend that you're bulletproof but it's obviously getting through, the abuse you take from your so called demographic.

If I was you, I'd break it down into bite sized chunks. Do you wanna be an internet laughing stock forever or can you use that to help change your life around? I'd probably look at setting myself a target (publicly) of not swearing in my next video. Bite sized chunks.

Carry on what you're doing and you'll carry on taking **** from all angles. You'll land yourself in hot water sooner or later given how uncontrollable and ridiculous some of your rants are.

Time to change what you do pal.

A lot of sense there @Matth_2014 <ok>

I’m not a walking kind of person to be honest.

Give it a go.

Go and walk to the shop and get a tin of pop or something. Anything that makes you get out the house and do something is a positive thing. You'll thank me for it.

Get up, showered, shaved, dressed and go for a little walk. It's what I do when I'm in a ****e mood and it always makes me feel better.

You're depressed because you don't like what you're doing right now. Get up and make a difference in your life.

Then there’s your next step mate, go and see your GP and they’ll completely understand where you are and recommend a pathway for you. Personally I think you’d benefit from some counselling, as talking through the root cause of your depression will definitely help you in the medium / long term imho. The worst thing you can do is to just wallow in it, it’s dangerous.

I’m depressed because I’m grieving at the moment.

I'm sorry to hear that Matt, but sitting on your arse isn't doing you any favours. Sounds like you're wallowing in your own misery and that's not good for your physical or mental health.

Get up and do something. Whether that's cleaning your room, taking a walk, making a decent lunch... doing other things will take your mind off it and you'll have achieved something for doing it.

If you're sitting down you're not achieving anything and you're sitting there over thinking things.

You should consider it, sometimes just opening up can help.

Also I wouldn't be defeatist about the exercise, as Stan says it doesn't have to be anything strenuous it's about getting out and about and getting fresh air into the lungs.

I'm not an exercise type of person at all trust me but when I feel down I always find it helpful to get out and particularly around nature so water/woods etc.

I'm sorry about your loss Matth but I'd definitely say from previous posts on here it's not just that and you probably are suffering with depression.

Just my opinion obviously and I'm by no means a professional of course, but I think you should see one.

I’ve been in a good mood all week up until now, I don’t know why, Ive been buzzing over our win against Man City, But I feel down to be honest.

Matthew as someone trained in dealing with people with anxiety or depression issues, would you like me to do a feature on here? Sort of a "dear fan.." Thing

...it's anti-climax mate ... the realisation that your win is a bit like a sand castle ... the sea is still going to wash the walls down ... and probably this weekend ... when the blue side of the City of Manhester celebrates the title ... add to that, Liverpool now in the Champions League semis .... not surprising that a United fan won't be ecstatic ... go out and get yourself laid ...that will change your outlook on footie <cheers>

Trust me, I was beyond angry when we were 2-0 down at half-time.
