Can understand why you hate it Personally I've had great times up in Glasgow and Edinburgh, and the lochs and highlands are stunning.
I feel blessed after seeing that. We get decent beaches up here, it's just never hot enough to enjoy them properly. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
Not really flapper, I never feel in danger I just look like I'm in danger. I've just got my own style that's all. I lash my arms everywhere and kick my feet, it works.
WOW! That would do my head in. I've always had somewhere to go around here. A beach is a great place to take the kids too.
Yes cold water in the UK and the sun ain't hot enough so I always avoid the water. Also stone beaches what's the point. I don't bother with them
See, where I come from, if you are the person who is taking his family to the beach, all the neighbours think you are weird
This If I've had a busy day and don't log on until the early eve, there's usually been a fight and at least a couple of flounce offs
Grew up in South London and now live a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful beaches in the UK. Wouldn't swap it for anything.
Devon has some lovely beaches. Family own a restaurant in East Devon, it's about a 5 minute walk from the restaurant to a beautiful beach that doesn't get massively crowded despite its popularity, absolute bliss.
