You’re a man who’s in the legal profession you surely know that your view here is simply wrong?
Your FB information was openly accessible to anyone it was therefore not personal information, this isn’t opinion, it’s fact.
It’s been demonstrated how your bands page could be found with a 4 word google search, that search would then lead to you with information you’d put out on here.
Whether that’s how it happened is a different matter, but that’s how it could have happened and it could be proven, so therefore legally you’d not have a prayer - fact.
As I said earlier, morally you’re correct, there was no need and it transgressed a ‘rule’ of anonymity that we all (barring Saxton) adhered to on here.

Hiag you seem to not understand that all the music videos you posted on here (of yourself and your band) had your name, email address, and where you lived.
So you have inadvertently made your private details public it would seem

You are completely missing the point.
No one would have known where to look. No one knew my name, or where I lived, or exactly what job I did. I know this for a fact, because I was very careful not to tell anyone, even to the point of posting mis-information.
The only way that anyone from this site could have tracked down my FB page is if they had my exact name. They can only have obtained that information illegally and in breach of the statutory protections that are put in place specifically to prevent that happening.
You are also failing - wilfully, I believe - to acknowledge this very simple fact... Even if someone did "work out" my real identity (and I maintain that there is absolutely no way they could have done that), there is absolutely no right on their part to breach my privacy. I had made it clear countless times that I did not wish my identity to be known. Also, the posting of personal data on open sites like this is not only a criminal act, but also a breach of this site's own rules. I suspect that it is also in contravention of the rules of whoever hosts this site.
What if I obtained your personal information, quite by chance, Tobias? You'd be okay about me publishing that on this site, yeah?

Again, you are wrong.
My personal details, including links to my band's web site, was breached. I didn't reveal that information, nor did I reveal any information about myself that would naturally have lead anyone to my band's web page.
That information was posted on this site by Pixie, Stan and Skiddy (among others), leaking bits of information here and there, without my consent, and contravention of the law, and this site's own rules.
Mate if you read back on our texts etc. I've not once said Skiddy was involved. He might have been but not to my knowledge.
PISKIE gave Sucky the log in to the VB and Sucky created the thread. I think you might of mistaken me saying Sucky for Skiddy... you can check the text though mate.
Before that happened I don't know who doxxed you tbh. But I imagine brb is in the thick of it.

Don’t feel too bad for Skiddy, though. The bastard was leaking and drip feeding my personal details long before Pixie set up Harvey Lee to do the dirty.
I was reporting the two of them to brb long before the intrigue on the grassy knoll. What did brb do? The cnut banned me.
I am talking about after the doxxing, you posted some clips of you playing guitar (very well imo) and with your band. Those clips contain personal details - go check them out, as it has your name etc, and you may need to delete them
