Ah. No they won’t So presumably the stewards will have access to a photo of you so if they checked your ID in the ground they will know if it’s you? Sounds like a data protection nightmare to me
I got it into my head that the Membership Card would have a photo of me on it and that I would need to produce a second piece of I.D to reclaim it should it get confiscated. My mistake.
No idea But that could only be the option couldn’t it Steward says ‘I need to check your ID’ and you show him your passport. If they couldn’t double check it against a stored photo what would be point? Unless they’d just check the name?
The Tigers Co op is as active as the OSC in its promotion of its charitable work. Odd that ain’t it! This is the same independent group that sits at the same supporters committee as the OSC. This is the same independent group that had to restructure its former self to apply itself to the modern day issues of supporters. Please make sure that you remember that the Tigers Co op was moribund and only CTWD saved it and restructured it into HCST. Perhaps they should have shouted about what they were doing a bit more and they wouldn’t have struggled as they did. Now if this post seems like I am bashing the Tigers Co op, That isn’t my intention. The OSC is far from prefect, but it is an honest organisation run by Hull City supporters with only one agenda and that is to enjoy supporting the club. The constant sniping by some posters just hardens my resolve to continue and I actually relish the opportunity to promote the good works done.
No steward can ask to see any form of ID other than what is issued by the club or is used to pay for a service.
They can ask... The club are saying you must be able to prove to a steward who you are at any time, so they expect you to show them proof. So it’s exactly what they want to do
. So in theory they are ****ed until a new photo I.D card is introduced by the club. Hopefully by the time they get it sorted the ****s will have ****ed off. Until then it's business as usual and into next season also.
Not really The terms say you have to able to prove who you are, so it’s up to you to find a way of doing that
I do not think this has any legal standing and it will come under challenge by supporters organisations. In fact, I would expect it would be challenged by the EFL and the FA. No one has the right to demand I have to have photo id.
You’re forgetting that they think they can do what they want If they can’t then they shouldn’t be consulting on exactly that I actual fact I imagine they could do it. Legal standing is irrelevant as it would be just a condition of use of your membership that you would have signed up for voluntarily
Hull City. The club that put the 'clusterfuck' in 'clusterfuck'. 'One of the best run clubs', whilst being one of the worst run clubs in its relationship with its (diminishing) fanbase. The owners are ****ing mental.
