It would be nice to see Fame & Glory sire a winner and he has one running in the Carlisle bumper today - Largy Glory for the Crawfords, who are no stranger to bumper winners and the booking of Brian Hughes catches the eye.
Longchamp - Buick, Oisin, Hayley all go for one ride each in 3 seperate races, being lazy but can't remember the times, hayley is 5 05, oisin's is 3/1, buick's 8/1, no price on hayleys yet. Trixie time
Tell you what, you don't actually realise most of the time just how important and beneficial that best odds guaranteed is, check this out (Bear in mind i was about £340 down yesterday anyway and normal circumstances i'd be licking my wounds, before i got this fluke double and probably only just puts me marginally even over the last 3 weeks, so don't get it twisted that this win means i'm well in profit recently cos i aint, so many near miss big wins from small stake acca's / lucky 15's just this week, kind of justice done as both the horses in this bet won in photo's, whereas Friday had Christmas night getting done on the line and in a photo for £480, Marshall Aid done on the line for £750 and in a photo again, Houston scoring with last throw of the game to beat Portland for £1100, Marsielle losing 1-0 and not scoring ( needed BTTS ) for a £425 win ). Anyway the £5 double when i done it paid £178.75, the best odds got me an extra £346.25 insane, they don't show the SP's in the bet they show the original odds but the payout was obviously more, SP's were 6/1 for Lee and 14/1 for Star Ascending in the end
E 415 Shoofly Milly 10/1 ew Ignoring the last few runs, Shoofly is 7lb lighter than the last win at C&D, gives place chances at least imo but hoping for a repeat of last year.
