Listened to the Utd/City game on Radio 5 whilst decorating. To listen to it City won the league in the first half, but Utd won it second half. A good result for us as City will have something to play for against Spurs now.

City are great going forward, but their defence can be got at and on current form is worse than ours. I wonder where they would be if other teams earlier on in the season had pressed them instead of trying to park the bus.

I wish people wouldn’t pass this kind of judgement in the middle of the game. Inevitably the player proves them wrong by scoring. Well all clubs have them sorts.

I desperately wanted City to win today. They would have had their celebrations and the parade inside the stadium to clap their supporters. The match on Tuesday would have become just a minor addition to their glorious season. A bit like after the Lord Mayor’s Show. They would have felt satiated.

Now they would remain hungry. Contrary to what the media are saying, I think they are now more dangerous. The likes of DeBryune Silva, Aguero Sane would like to prove that they can rise to the big occasions.

We need to be very professional on Tuesday and keep our composure.

tbh you can see that are good but soft. it might just put them on the jitters.

have to have faith that a goal can come for us even if 2 down. just have to keep going.

you know <laugh> follow Utd example

What I'm expecting tomorrow in the paper's is the "Mourenho masterclass" bollox when we all know how lucky he was. £ity should have been out of site in the first half if Stirling wasn't so ****e. Fair play to utd for coming back into it the second half, I don't think anyone was expecting that. And who thought Smalling, who was absolutely mince all game, would pot the winner? Football eh?
