Let it run. Halfway through the tournament he's two clear and they're only offering you around a quarter of you're potential returns. At the very least give him a chance to play a bit on the 3rd day and see how he goes. barring an unlikely collapse he'll be there or thereabouts so a cashout offer will likely always be on the table.
