I imagine a deal has been done DH. Hopefully Thompson will be fit for next season, but will probably be loaned out if he is, with Godfrey sharing the DM berth with Tettey.
All I can say is that I felt he had one of his best games against Fulham!! If Godfrey is not in our first team squad next season, I'll start to believe that DF has lost the plot!!! http://www.skysports.com/football/n...feature?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter I know JM is in it again, but I was really pleased to see that Curtis Davies is in the Team of the Month. I remember wishing we'd signed him when he left Brum.
I'd be surprised if Thompson does go out on loan, it seemed like he was fairly close to the first team before injury. How he comes back from injury, and pre-season, will dictate the pecking order, but I'd be surprised if he's below Godfrey.
I had high hopes for Louis until the injury recurrence. Isn't that two surgeries on the same achillies? He's missed a lot of football and I really don't think he can make it in the senior squad before January if at all.
No further mention anywhere of Tettey signing a new contract. I fear, at this stage, I've led everyone up the garden path - apologies. Just checked, the twitter address on the Tettey link is not that of NCFC . DoH!!
From today's EDP - 'More than 20,000 of the Norwich City faithful have renewed their season tickets for the next campaign, but for the first time in years, there is a chance for newcomers to snap them up.' http://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwic...s-available-for-first-time-in-years-1-5465538
I know several fans who have an ST will go because - 'what else am I going to do on a Saturday afternoon during the season??' #wtf
Stuart Webber one year on. http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/canaries-webber-one-year-milestone-1-5465675
I agree I would think before his injury Thompson was above Godfrey in the pecking order. DF seems to like Thompson's attitude.
So JR saves a penalty - WHEN did he save a penalty when he played for NCFC????? Edit - So Colin sees fit to ignore Santo because his side lost!! #bellend
Looks like it may. be Millwall that is going to be the team that comes from nowhere to get a playoff place this year
Oh my god this Manchester Derby is mental!! Man City should have been 3 or 4-0 up! Incredible turn around! I can't believe what I am seeing!
From Robbie Savage on BBC text commentary - 'I don't want to go home. This has been absolutely brilliant. Sterling has a miss from four yards out.' Maybe Basil and SirBenny aren't so bad when you compare how much we paid for them, compared to what Citeh paid for Sterling!!!
Hmmm. Did you see Sirbennys Goal? He was in miles of space, no player near him. He hit it right at the keeper. Luckily it cannoned off his foot and went in. He got so lucky. Really hope that makes him finally play Football.
