The team is playing well, for the first time since Curbs left we have a Charlton manager we can relate to, a large away following will be heading to Bristol [large....and Elfs ], and we have every chance of getting out of this God forsaken hell hole league. Not only that...Bristol Rovers away end is terracing Whats not to like ? Thoughts and predictions please...
Sounds like a grand day out. Would love to go, but will be visiting my old mum in SE7 on Saturday and helping her out with a few household things. This is why I don't get to many away games, but I am happy to do it, as she still lives in our family home where my late father was born 80 years ago. Home is were the heart is, as they say.
Looking forward to your usual comprehensive match report Big - ish 606 contingent there, what with @baraettmattesvensson and moi.
There is a decision for Bowyer to make about the FB positions. DaSilva has been my POTY, but Page came in and surprised everyone by playing very well. Page has looked more of a LB, DaSilva more of a wing-back. And Going by the last 2 games Dijksteel would get the nod over Konsa at RB.
I’d always have da Silva to be honest. He’s a cut above this level. Maybe he will fancy staying with us if we get promoted ?
Djiksteel has to play for me, Konsa wasn’t very good against Rotherham, whereas Djiksteel was a brick wall against Northampton.
Should Kashi come straight back into the team on Saturday ahead of Aribo ? Under Gobbo he would have.
We will win 1-0, and Robinson will claim credit because our scoring record since he left wil be 4-2-3-1,
Think this one could be closer than expected, and very dramatic. Going to call it as a 2-3 away win (though not based on anything I've seen as I have not seen LB's team play yet) Might be a 2-2 draw though...
We're on a roll. I've got a feeling we'll go behind for the first time under Bowyer, but come back to win 2-1.
