Anyone got any bets they wish to share? I've done Manchester united for the premiership and West ham for the championship in singles and a double. Will also do Birmigham, Sheffield Wednesday and Arsenal in an each way patent.
Birmingham!!! Will go into admin this season , stay clear , Arsenal will toil as well stay clear , I am a spread better sold Liverpool and Everton points , bought Celtic as per usual
Crawley Town to go up from league 2. They have been spending stupid amounts of money for League 2 and have built a very strong squad. Worth a couple of quid.
Bolton are 33/1 to be top of the league after first weekend, they play QPR away, i see them by at least three goals. QPR are a poor team plus Colpn can't attract any decent players!
Sorry i meant colin! Man c and Chelsea are favourites, but you'll d well to find a better 33/1 chance, any tips for english/scottish lower leagues?
Sedan Ipswich Darlo Brentford all to be promoted, throw in a couple of league games, and your return for a quid should be just under a grand, fairplay for a season long 6fold, providing your league games come in. One off against all odds - Egypt WINNERS World Cup U20
My annual antepost selections are Manchester United - Strengthened up again from last season, seem to have consistency and that will be crucial once more, I think they are a better team than Chelsea and I think Man City could self implode at any time with the number of characters they have. Southampton - I think that teams coming up from League 1 with the facilities that Southampton have do very well, it wouldn't surprise me at all if they did back to back promotions and they certainly could have a very good season. The key could be whether they sell anyone in January. Huddersfield - Perennial market leaders but I think this season is going to be a very productive one for them. I think they are building an even stronger squad and I think they are rightly favourites for the title. Oxford - Another club spending money and look to be on their way up the football pyramid. They may have most to fear from Crawley but they are far too short on the antepost market. 7/4 16/1 11/2 11/1 Respectively. Doubles/Trebles/Fourfold - All each way EW single on Southampton Win single on Oxford
I've done the following teams to win the leagues : Championship - Notts Forest 16/1 League One - MK Dons 16/1 League Two - Bristol Rovers 10/1 On the Handicap front : Premiership - Tottenham (+16) 18/1 Premiership - Swansea (+44) 18/1 Championship - Notts Forest (+9) 18/1 Championship - Cardiff (+14) 18/1 League One - MK Dons (+12) 18/1 League Two - Crewe (+20) 18/1 Trevez
Don't normally back anything on the first day of the season but i fancy norwich to beat wigan - 3/1 with paddy power - also backed andy carroll e/w to be premier league scorer at 22/1
Yep - that's some call and shows how a bit of study pays a lot. I just hope for his sake city do'lt storm into a 3-0 lead early doors tomorrow - it'll be a very long night
