Last night’s penultimate broadcast, where Dec presented solo for the first time in their 29 year partnership, was up almost 800k in the ratings and was up in ratings compared to the same show last year. Only the 100th episode rated higher this series. He did a cracking job too.

I don’t understand all these people coming out saying about the “brave” stuff. Some people are acting as though he’s cured every disease known to man and won England the World Cup. He did a great job but wouldn’t take it beyond that.
