I think so, hand on heart. Would love to be proved wrong, but he was waxing lyrical about Bowyer and how much seeing him come through our ranks, to the controversy, to England to now being in charge of Charlton.

From an objective standpoint - I couldn’t see Curbs, PE (as much as they get on) and a new manager co-existing. Too many cooks in the kitchen.

 

Bowyer does not have the fa certificates etc to do the job.
