Not that anyone watches it anymore, but Saints fans on Soccer AM and Wayne Bridge too. Just talking about his love for the Saints.
Be nice if fans who boo listened to that. Most of us on here have been saying that booing could make anyone freeze. Interesting that he says that it is easy to attack when 3-0 down, which of course didn't happen in most games. We seemed to be 0-0 so often that the players became more afraid of taking risks and losing. And all those draws was probably the reason that Mauricio didn't lose his position earlier....I know I kept thinking that we must turn a draw into a win some time. Redmond admitted that it was difficult under MP2 and Puel, so let's hope a more straight talking, straight thinking manager can get more out of him. I have always had big hopes for Nathan...sometimes you just need a manager that uses you correctly. A lot of fans seem to think that players should do well wherever they are used and in whatever team...may be true of geniuses, but we are unlikely to have many of those....and Nathan is still young.
Swap one of our players for that chair today and it wouldn't have made us any worse. (Happy Birthday)
As if this season wasn't bad enough, the club now want to go out to consultation on a new club crest. Why, why, why? The timing is awful. Hope it brings better results than the joke of a one Leeds came up with.
The crest is not the greatest in the world, but we are all used to it. Hardly the time or place....though I suspect the idea has been around for a while (before relegation was even a possibility).
With everything else going on, this is a joke. You are right Fran, the idea has been around for a while,,,,about 11 hours. The timing is just awful........ Cough....1 April......Cough......
Yes, and the league table shown in all the papers, on the internet and on tv all one big elaborate April fool.
