Used to like having the day off from racing, I'm sure others did to, but the genie is out the bottle and now it' ss the sand championship! Bath also throwing money to attract better quality animals and in turn people......... This blurring of the flat and jumps is weird, why can't we have proper mixed meetings like in Ireland?

    Happy Birthday Chelsea
    Through the card at Lingfield;
    Silent Echo 6/1
    Watersmeet 7/2
    Mia Tesoro 10/1
    Kachy 11/4
    Corinthia Knight 15/8 NB
    Arcanada 100/30
    Master The World 7/2 NAP

Been studying the mile to death for obvious reasons and the favourite is going to be up against it. Drawn in stall one will not be ideal. He is going to have to come round the lot of them as no way will he lead. Arcanada, Sacred Act and Goring will all have got a handy run on him by then. He is going to need a lot of luck in running and Lingfield is the sort of place where luck is in short supply. Sacred Act to place but I think ARCANADA is great value at 100/30 with Bet365.

My picks going through the card of the ones to avoid

    War Glory
    Red Verdon
    Summer Icon
    Gifted Master
    Corinthia Knight
    Second Thought(NAP)
    Victory Bond

I have only backed the last 3 with Corinthia Knight and Second Thought also in a double at bigger prices last week. Both a class above these-

Corinthia Knight - in the form of her life and had a nice little warm up win over in a listed race in chantilly will be hard to beat

Second Thought- first of all best of luck Brendan wouldn’t begrudge you at all the winning this one, Howver
how anyone thinks Second Thought will get beat is beyond me and yes the price is slowly going I can see her going off odds on tomorrow. Altho I haven’t gone in to this race probably as much as Stick you only need to go down as far as Second Thought and you can move to the next race. Warmed up for this race winning a lot more comfortable than the winning distance (against summer icon- who runs earlier and I fancy her to win too so keep a close eye on her) and haggas would have no doubt not had him 100% which makes his performance and how it looked that bit better. Is in a plum draw in stall one and altho again he probably won’t be 100% with bigger targets in the summer he only needs to run to his last performance to win and with the Doyler on board this could be a very good hour for trainer and jockey!

Victory Bond- I like backing Horses who bring new form in the race altho was second to Utmost lto- Utmost made th best of a great ride and fancy my pick to reverse the form no problem has been running well this winter and wouldn’t have to improve much from these runs to be right up there
