Do Hull City Tigers Ltd actually employ anyone with a GCSE in English language?

    Anymore?

Damn it. Spelling errors show insincerity. Gotta nail the grammar, give them nothing.

    He didn't.

No matter how it's cancelled you still have to give two or is it three months notice.

I'm no expert but , if someone has performed their part of the agreement i.e paying monthly for most of the season they are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions. Signature or not.

However would dig heels in and f**k em.

No, if they place him on a banned list it invalidates the contract and terms of service. They now owe him a Full refund or an Easter egg of equivalent value.

Bloke gets banned and tries to argue his way out of a contractual agreement. Oh dear.

Its only contractual if the terms and conditions mention what happens after someone is banned from the ground.

From memory a person is allowed to attend matches during the three month notice period, which clearly isn't the case for this individual.

I did try to find something in the terms and conditions document, wow! that's a book of legal terms and it's more than likely covered in the clubs favor. Anyway gave up looking but i did see the line that if anyone cancels their membership you will lose all your loyalty points and benefits, oh hang on a minute.

He's explained further on Twitter that the above letter is regarding a second pass that isn't banned. Not sure how his reaction can be justified for that pass. No breach of terms except by him.

Should still have to pay for the kid unless he canceled it at the appropriate time.

Sounds like a moron trying to get good press because he's anti-Allam.

Maybe the child is according to the Allams to young to go alone.

Anyway why go calling him a moron? people wanted a protest he got of his arse and protested. Not saying we should build a statue of him but defending the Allams after they banned him from the ground and yet still want his money? nah that's not right whatever is in the terms and conditions.

Because he's making a lot of noise as if he has a leg to stand on. If, as you say, the child is too young to go on their own, all he had to do was cancel their membership when his was canceled. Instead he's complaining that it hasn't automatically been canceled.
