Scores with a great header on an outstanding debut at U21 level against Rumania, and has stayed on the pitch for 80 mins so far.
He has just been named man of the match in a pretty impressive line up. It makes me wonder if we are jinxed, Toivonen scored for Sweden today as well.
He’s probably not a bad player. You don’t get on the books at Chelsea if you’re rubbish, but very few look good in our side. Confidence is a big thing and we lack it massively.
Its a funny old game, and you're right about confidence. At the moment we take the field expecting to lose, certainly not expecting to win, and it's self fulfilling. We have different views as to why this is the case, but we would both like nothing more than to see us win six in a row. Here's hoping.
Confidence both on and off the pitch. There far too many boo boys and critics in the crowd who further add to the low confidence levels on the pitch creating an underlying toxic atmosphere. We need to be positive get behind the team all the time. Sadly rarely happens
Exactly but when they are making mistakes and not playing so well the minority of emotional and angry vocal people in the crowd vent unreasonable negative fury. This is not support imo.
