A small chicken wrap and a crustless quiche lorraine for dinner. Nice too.

Going to make my easy paella again later for tea. Is tasty and quick and piss easy.

Having my usual for dinner, have this about 6 times a week and it is piss easy and really good.

Take 1 chicken breast (preferably a big one, if not 2 small ones)
Turn on the George Foreman grill
Wait for that orange light to turn off
    While waiting boil some water
Put in some broccoli when it is boiled
    Chuck chicken on grill
Turn it over after about 3 minutes
Get an Uncle Bens rice packet out of the cupboard and put in microwave for 90 seconds
Take chicken off of grill and put on plate, drain broccoli put on plate and pour rice on plate.

Voila! A sumptuous meal in about 8 minutes and better than anything in that pile of **** thread floating around here.

Not sure about sumptuous, grilled chicken, boiled broccoli and rice seems a tad on the dry side to me.

It lacks a bit of moistness. A dressing maybe?

    Very healthy though, obvs.

I find the chicken if you use the George Foreman is usually pretty moist, as long as you don't over cook it loads. The rice as well is usually enough for me but each to their own. Could chuck some kind of dressing over the chicken, some of that Nandos stuff if you like that.

That's just my evening meal, I eat chicken or turkey for lunch every day as well. Really can't think of a day where I haven't eaten some sort of bird. I'm not a huge fan of red meat.
