How gutting will it be to see him scoring for Villa or Wolves or Brighton, Palace ..... Plenty of fans think hes fat and slow but reality is that hes a good old fashioned English CF and they are like rocking horse poo but great to have in the squad of any club. Morning all. Lasogga was never going to be around next year. We pay 15k a week, rightly or wrongly he earns 50k so hes a non runner.Players flogging season tickets is certainly a new approach. Next season is a worry really. Hoping the u23's provide some quality additions or we find a few gems of loanees.All smacks of previous seasons to me and has never worked before. But heyho, Im sure the regular attendees at games will point out how utterly wrong I am
Morning Mike. Didn't we say that Wood would not score many goals in the Orem. Even with the injury he has has he has scored at least a dozen. Thing is if we do sign Lasogga it's a lot of money to fork out on wages even if he is a free transfer.

I think we can give up on next season now. It’s clear from what has been said that we don’t have the financial muscle to spend enough to be contenders, and as a result I believe Pontus and maybe others will want out. This would only change if Rad surprises us, or he sells to someone prepared to spend, or we bring in several youth players who all turn out to be superb. So........ not likely. I’ll just try to enjoy watching any new youth players that come through - before we sell them too.
Pontus should have been our leader this season as oppose to Captain Chaos Now we have Forshaw in our ranks I would install him as our new captain next season.. Sadly I fear Pontus will be gone, definitely if he plays & impresses in the World Cup

Morning doc, my only reservation about Lasogga is his lack of pace. 50k a month is only just above average in the prem.
