Off Topic Anyone else still sober for 2018?

I had a few glasses of pina colada last weekend with the missus and a couple of friends. It's a nice refreshing drink that gets you a little tipsy (if you drink enough, like 8 glasses).

On the vodka and coke in the house right now, chilling.

I think I've virtually every day this year, since breaking up with my longterm gf at the end of last year, my alcohol intake has risen quite a bit (it was already excessive as it was).

On the plus side the circumstances of it pissed me off a lot, so ive been taking this aggression out at the gym and smashing the **** out of the treadmill loads, so I'm actually in better shape that I was previously.

But regardless of circumstance, I'd never give up alcohol, I like it a lot.

 

Blitzed every weekend love it myself. . I don't get hangovers to my wives annoyance . Still run, bit of footy .. Keeps me ganning.

Its not often I agree with a **** like you or Trev, but all I can say is, here ****ing here.

Honestly smart phones are fantastic pieces of technology, but they are turning swathes of people into unsociable ignorant zombies.

 

I'll start my own thread when I have a sober day this year.
Between the booze and narcotics, I'm rarely compus mentis.
It goes some way to explaining the ****e I chat on here, duno what everyone else's excuse is mind

Can't recall the last time I was drunk, so I must have been sober for years.
Besides just because you have a drink, doesn't mean you're not sober.

Enjoy your drinks mate and don't regret it tomorrow - life is too short for that. Besides, if you don't drink and live too healthily you'll only live too long and end up in a home pissing and ****ting into a nappy in your winter years.
