i'm pulling your leg. the B20 have piped up to say that paul elliot was working with the middle east group. so someone's wrong.. or we're getting both. i'd rather the middle east lot.

Paul Elliott knows the Club, knows the fans ethos, and lives locally. He would also have a better idea of what a footballer looks like than Karel Fraeye and Thomas Driesen. One of the upsides of PE in charge would be that chancers & losers like those two will never get through the door again.
PE constantly politely declined offers from Chelsea to attend Stamford Bridge on match days in some form ''ambassador'' role to come and watch Charlton. He loves the place. The players will have a chairman who knows whats what in football. He will know the worth of our players, not like KM selling Gomez and Pope for a combined £5M. Not just because of PE, but I'm genuinely excited to have a proper chairman. We've never had one in my lifetime.
