    Very mellow here today chaps! Ahhh this time last week eh..what a downer now back the norm! Could do it all over again!! Hopefully get some shackles together and try and recoup Fridays losses (such good horses lost on Friday was the worst days punting ever was a real bookies benefit day wasnt it!) at punchy in the not so distant future!! burning ambition what a beautiful horse cant wait to see that race again ideally not in the quick sand again please ffs!! Bloody weather!!
    Anyhows talking of weather in the 2.10 at Wetherby the fav (cant have that at that price no way!! lost miserably the other day but the horse that's eh hum currently going south in the betting rock of leon now drifted to 4s absolutely loves this ground and i think will run a massive race today...
    Lots of interesting bookings today over the board coleman has one ride tom s has one ride jack kennedy over the seas etc has one ride could be a cheeky one hit wonder day.......Good luck anyhoos roll on punchestown festival i feel like I'm having severe Guinness withdrawals!!!

    I'm no big fan of piss poor midweek racing, although I acknowledge that plenty would disagree. However the 3.40 at Wetherby is an intriguing affair - only 6 runners but no less competitive even so. My only chance of watching it is via bookie TV if my internet is on a going day, so I've thrown a small wager on Dedigout. A grade one winner in his day, now 12 years old and lurking at the foot of the handicap, he has been runner up his last two runs, beaten a head and a short head, conditions to suit so will be thereabouts. 7-2 a decent enough price as well.

    Playing for some decent prize money at Newcastle tonight. American Gigolo looked interesting in the opener but the number one bet jinxer has tipped him so cant be having that!
    Little trixie on;
    Velvet Vision 6:05
    Prestbury Park 6:40
    Odds On Oli 7:45

    Stukova's info for Rich Again is interesting. For me he is better at 5F and he ran a stinker last time but he won at the track twice last year off higher marks and his fave pilot is back in the saddle. If I have a return from the trixie I shall a little bit on ew and rfc with Razin Hell. Good luck Stukova.

    that 8 45 is a minefield of possibilities, stukova's info does sway me also , bethell had a winner at the last meeting at a decent price , needs a good pace , which he should get with midgeleys runners , not to mention ruth carr having three , perhaps the main danger might be roger fells runner, he's been having some big price winners here and southwell recently , Harome 16/1

    That 8:45 looks a bugger to pick apart. The two I like are both for the same trainer and I've gone ew on both:

    Zebulon 14/1
    Meshardal 28/1

    Chucked on combi fc/tc with these two and Rich Again.

    Ridiculous letting her put me off but honestly she has tipped most of my big losers in the last fortnight!

    irrational i know , but when you're trying to use logic and the only common factor is her tipping them , would test even phil bull ! ( if he were around )

    mini boom
    Thats nice from Velvet Vision. Pretty much over-raced the whole trip but still had enough in the tank to pick them off at the death. Could be a filly worth following in this class.
    Nice little drift too
