My personal feeling is that Les has run out of rope and can't have long left to hang on. In truth he has been one of the best things to happen to our club. The proof of that has been in our success over the last few years. However it hasn't been 100% Les until very recently and we have witnessed that success dramatically turn around in the last two seasons with virtually everything from player sales, signings, youth results, managerial appointments, league results even external communication all showing signs of being a slow motion car crash. Believe beefy or don't but he is right that it is all at Les's door now. We need more than a new manager.
Can understand that. Better to introduce the new manager and talk about our future hopes....if they spoke now, they could only talk about Mauricio and his failure. Could end up being disrespectful. Better to wait....especially as they are likely to be speaking soon about the new man.
Much as I said in a previous post....He may have had big disagreements with Cortese but usually in the end it worked out and the pair were successful to a degree. But since Cortese's gone Reeds success rate has dwindled sadly.
Yeah, but can't you see that to the rest of us, that's hearsay? I'm sure you're passing it on in good faith, but you are expecting others to condemn the accused without evidence. I prefer not to do that.
If you read what was actually said, both of them stressed that others were free to disbelieve their statements, so that’s hardly fair Archers.

I only got arsey when told to **** the **** up (and I was hardly arsey) and then told I was a “social justice warrior” that was desperate for validation! So, y’know. I have absolutely nothing against HR to be honest, and I’m putting the frankly bizarre reaction down to him having a bad day. It’s all cool.
Up to you. The point I’m making is that anyone can say anything within the forum rules, whether some people find it uncomfortable or not. If you don’t like it that’s fine, but please don’t abuse the people who post it.
Just out of interest, why are you only fixating on the bullying part? Is it so you can, wrongly, use that term?
