Burton Albion have doubts over defender Damien McCrory, who suffered a knock in the loss to Brentford and midfielder Hope Akpan, who has a twisted ankle. Defenders John Brayford and Ben Turner are not ready to return after injury. Bristol City have their own defensive problems, with centre-back Aden Flint and left-back Joe Bryan both suspended. Meanwhile, centre-half Nathan Baker (groin) remains a doubt for the visitors, but midfielder Jens Hegeler is getting closer to full fitness. Burton Albion manager Nigel Clough told BBC Radio Derby: "We are looking for a break. Every game is an opportunity. "They have only won two in 15, but if you look at their overall season it is brilliant. They are challenging for promotion. But I hope they continue their miserable form against us on Saturday. "We try to get that early goal and see what happens. But they will be saying the same thing. We will play because we are down there, but we are down there in a league we shouldn't be in so we have a certain amount of freedom." Bristol City head coach Lee Johnson told BBC Radio Bristol: "You can never write Burton off, because of their spirit. "I don't think we have to worry about anybody else at the moment. Our key thing is to make sure that we perform very well. "I'm disappointed with Aden [Flint's suspension], and trust me, he's certainly been told that in no uncertain terms, because we need him." Will be interesting to see how we set up defensively, but regardless I'm afraid we need a win , which won't be as easy as some seem to think. Time is running out we need to start a run of good results if we are to have any chance of getting back into the play off places. COYR
Johnson needs to start putting points on the board,Not good enough loose today and the pressure cooker has to be boiling. Not impressed in 2018 at all. Signings, substitute,a real concern.

Sorry , but you do talk nonsense at times , I'm as frustrated as anyone at our recent form , but come on did you seriously expect us to be in with a chance of the play offs , so to suggest any kind of pressure is on Lee is silly.
We look decidedly weak today and it has the look and feel of a League One fixture. Why couldn't we expect the playoffs because after all the huff and puff of previous seasons we deserve that expectation?
Exactly Mike, something seriously gone wrong, from a side playing fantastic football and blowing everyone away pre 2018,to a side that can’t win games in 2018. I think the majority of our fans seem happy where are we are.Just shows how ambitious we are as a fanbase. We had a great chance to do something this year, but sadly that looks like a pipe dream. Oh the fans that are there say we are absolutely **** again today.
So your happy just because we don’t have a relagation battle, for me a cracking opportunity is blowing up big time.
End to end excitement in front of a packed house at 4500. Still 2 minutes to go so you never know what might happen next.
The inevitable weak draw and if we can only muster 2 points from this kind of second rate football then we don't deserve any accolades from anybody. During my 2 month absence we have turned full circle from a team that looked full of confidence to one that looks seriously weak in all areas and my question as to what happened might get some spicy answers but nonetheless the question needs to be asked. Is it solely down to Lee on the management side or is it just bad luck on the injury front combined with suspensions or some other factors that may have surfaced during my voyage? I went away truly believing that moves might be afoot to strengthen an already well prepared squad but instead I came back to find little or no action taken to sustain the challenge, which made me think that the commitment to a possible higher perch on the ladder had all but disappeared in the mist. Shame really.
