Did the actual quiz & only scored a measly 13. Got 9 of the top 10, but struggled with the next 10. Not easy when your brain has seized up & they only give you 10 minutes. Won't spoil it for anyone by throwing names in.
I used to be an apologist too. Gfh, Haigh and now Rad made me see I was being duped. We are not a football club any more we are a rich mans money making/laundering scheme. Anything happening on the pitch is entirely unimportant to the owner so why should I care?
Because somebody has got to remind people there is a better way. With a decent owner I would not have binned the season ticket that now sometimes attends matches to meet up with friends I have known for years. Most of whom don't post on here. If that's ok with you. I could ask you the same question. Why are you posting from the otherside of the world on a club you wont ever see play live. The answer I presume is because you can and you want to.
No you are a fan. supporters support. Fans just watch on tele and talk the talk. I know I used to be a supporter and now can see I am a fan. wj, chesh, marcos and all the others that go as regularly as they can are supporters. I can only admire their fortitude but am no longer one of them. I missed the memo where it said nobody can have an alternative view to the happyclappys. Critical friends are the best friends anyone can ever have.

I would never have stopped caring if those scumbags had not ripped the heart out of the club. Fans are now customers and football is an entertainment industry. Those are the rules because the sky money and we are only entertaining for the wrong reasons. Club is run like a circus... The problem is instead of hi wire acts and lions we only have clowns.
How do you support the club? I am fed up with them but by the end of the season I will have directly supported them to the tune of £400 pus trips to a few away games. How about you? If people support they go and pay their money anything else is being a fan. The clue is in the word support. I follow the roosters but I don't support them I am a fan. I agree we are now customers and money rules it's the system and we are stuck with it.We all hope for a successful team but as you say the heart and feeling for the club is not the same. Perhaps we will change our minds when we win the European cup.You've now got me very depressed.
