Was gonna say 6/4 was very generous as they were 4/6 when I looked. Took a price boost ( One of Skybets biggest cons ) on both teams to score and City to win at 9/4. I'd say the bet was looking good, but Arsenal have no fight in them recently and don't look like scoring.
