Yes, it's the best bit. Today I peeled prawns for the kids so rather than sit there and suck on a load of prawn heads I decided to boil the little bastards' brains (the prawns).

 

Yep, suck their brains out once you've taken the head off. Delish.

Making chicken wings. Deep fat fryer is out. Reducing a bbq sauce in a pan. Will transfer from the fryer into the warm reduced sauce then tuck in.

I had homemade beer batter fish with chilli & mint peas, a la Gordon Ramsay

 

Chicken and prawn jambalaya, with curry samoasas, 4 mc'vities gold bars, and half a dozen cans. Should keep my calorie count up.

 

They look boss, but I’m not a big fan of BBQ sauce so they’d have to be Jamaican hot for my taste.

WTF are Jera wings mate?

 

It’s basically chicken wings cooked in a little sunflower oil with cumin seeds, green chillies, finely sliced red onion, turmeric & salt to taste. Coat all the chicken in the season oil and put the lid on stirring occasionally. They are bang delicious.

 

They look like they have a batter on them.

 

Yes they do look like that but they are moist, moorish and sticky and impossible to stop eating until they are gone.
