Arsenal would be a step down from Liverpool and Celtic

    Rogers is a ****ing fraud.

It'd be hilarious if Arsenal appointed him.

Rodgers is a Tranny molesting ****tard. Don't want him anywhere near Arsenal.

I'd like to see Simeone or Allegri. I don't want to see Arsenal giving some inexperienced manager 'a chance' at the top. We need somebody to come in and impart a winning mentality on these players, somebody who has been there and done it and won trophies at the top level.

Apart from a bigger wage...what would tempt Simeone to Arsenal?

The chance to manage one of the biggest clubs in Europe, with tons of resources, massive stadium, huge loyal fan base, a board that will back him, state of the art training facilities and a manager who is about to retire.

Athletico got all that plus CL football? Maybe they dont splash 60 mill on a player so it could be for a bigger wage packet and a bit more spending money.

Not really. Atletico are a decent outfit, but not on a level in terms of size as Arsenal as a club. We are ranked at something like the 6th biggest club in Europe ahead of Chelsea and just behind City. We've been massively underperforming and the club is ripe to bring somebody in who can step up and take us back to the top.

Also Atletico ain't in the CL, they are in the Europey pot with us <ok>

    Marco Silva <whistle>

They should go for Simeone but if he won't come, maybe Ancelotti as a short-term option

Marco Silva is actually a decent shout. He's a bit inexperienced at the top level, but he's an upcoming manager. Watford were crazy to get rid imo

There was no doubting his ability - just his attitude. Not really done anything in the game yet but was already looking to jump ship to a bigger club at the first opportunity.

You could see the difference between how we played before the Everton approach and after. His toys were firmly out of the pram and his relationship with our owners/board had broken down beyond repair!

Yeah shame that. He was looking good at Watford. Talk of him going to WBA now as Pardew is a dead man walking. Would be a step down from Watford too, so maybe a bit of Karma for him for shafting Watford.
