Wrap up and watch that road. -8 forecast at some point over the next 3 days with winds from the east. Nice bit of Russian winter. Temps are going to drop rapidly early evening apparently so could effect your commute home. Stay safe everyone. 3 days below freezing coming right up.

I like the initial snow It's the ice stage and the thaw I hate most. Detest it infact. Might go and get sledge and make the best of it.

Almost hate to sound smug, but after a couple of days of cloudy weather we now have nice clear skies and temperatures up around the 30 degree mark..... another 8 or 9 weeks and it will be unbearable again

I’ve had to stay over at my Mum and dads as a precaution against the bad weather. If it kicks off I’ll never make to Leeds from the NE!

Ha. I can hack it. My poncy car on the other hand. It breaks down if the wind changes direction!

Just driven back from the north east from a funeral back down to Bedfordshire.

Left early because of all the weather warnings.

Apart from a few flurries of snow, nothing.

Could've stayed longer but hindsight is always 20:20!

Snow on the Wirral with some schools closed. It's like 2 inches of snow - soft southerners around here!
