He is a decent enough player but only really played well alongside Cazorla, with everyone else he was pretty ****ing bad at times, but I would still take him over the hopeless clown that is Xhaka, because I still have no idea what the **** type of player he is.
Cazorla is the missing player here. He knew exactly how to make things tick over in midfield which meant that Coqs knew what his role is.
