    Hoping to watch this in Funchal. Tried a few bars showing every English game except WBA v Saints. Finally found one but the line up at the same time includes Barcelonas game and Bayern Munichs. Hope they've got more than two screens! Love all the taxi gags and the JWP comments.

    Thing is, everyone is making light of this taxi lark.

    They stole a car.

    If I stole a car, I wouldn’t expect my employers to say “oh, high jinx”, I’d expect to be shown the door. If they were out until 5am, do you imagine they were sober too?

    I hope the taxi driver gets compensated....he got it back at 8 am the next day...that's his livelihood. And why did he leave the taxi? Did they trick him or were they being totally obnoxious?
