    Absolutely ****ing knackered.com!

Removed all of old kitchen, built five of sixteen kitchen units, fitted three of them, cut two of six worktops, re-positioned washer and dryer (including plumbing, ventilation and drainage) and removed about 25% of the floor tiles (only removing what I need to for now, no point in ****ing our feet up, never mind the dogs paws).

Only started Sunday and like before, only getting 2.5hrs on weekday evenings and I've got to watch the kids whilst doing it! (the mrs is off work for next 2wks, makes it a bit easier)

Got two more base units to fit before decorating. I'll fit the remaining nine wall units afterwards to get a neater finish.

Full day at it tomorrow; fitting two units and the new sink plus two outside taps (hot & cold) whilst attacking that bit of plumbing.

The number of miscarriages of justice by corrupt police over the years is appalling. You'd like to think that things are at least better these days, but who knows what will come to light in the future?
Scapegoating, fabrication of or withholding of evidence, harassment and coercion of witnesses - we see all of these things in so many of these cases. These aren't errors or incompetence (which would be bad enough), but a cynical and deliberate flouting of justice presumably brought about by the feeling of power going to their heads, and fuelled by prejudices.
I'm sure, in fact I know, that there are plenty of police that take the job in a genuine desire to serve the community, but there are some thugs that really belong on the other side of the law.
The fact that the Force then closes ranks to prevent them from being brought to justice is just a further indictment of the system.
They benefit from the rigour of the evidential process in ways that they completely denied their victims.
Abuse of power and privilege is one the worst aspects of human nature. They deserve to rot.

I'm sure he will build a nice enclosure, he's good at stuff like that <ok>

I actually think a hot tap outside is a good idea ... car washing, window washing, dog washing. Fit a hose with a shower head et voilĂ  - outdoor bathroom <laugh>

Just wrote myself a to-do-list. Did it from memory, I'll have a walk around at some point to make sure I've not missed anything. Hope not, got 71 items on the bloody thing as it is!!!
