Please god no. He has reached his pinnacle in football management, lets not get sentimental again look where that has got us.
I read somewhere they were chasing the St Mirren manager, who's doing a really good job up here this season (unfortunately )
Just out of curiosity, what makes you think he has reached his pinnacle in management? Personally I think he has done a good job following a decent stint in charge. It has given the club continuity, whilst also allowing the manager to learn his trade and develop his own team, albeit on a low budget. Sounds very familiar and very much like what we are striving to achieve at the moment. I could see us trying to capitalise on his experience at some point in the future, especially when you consider his close association to the club.
My thoughts exactly. Some managers are judged in peculiar ways. Who's more talent, the guy who can achieve on little to no budget or the man with hundreds of millions to spend?
GA has always come across as a level-headed individual; chosen to learn his craft and his enthusiasm, skill and man management to become a decent manager so far. All credit to him in my eyes. I see a potential future QPR manger in him if I’m honest. He’s learning the hard way and doing a good job.
My accounts manager at work is a close friend of his and I have been pestering her to ask him about this.
