I love the Winter Olympics.

 

Eve Muirhead and team mate Anna Sloan were both alright, particularly for evil, misty Jocks. Why else do you think I was watching curling at 6am?

Yep, they were playing Scotland at 6am this morn. It was teriffic.

Also, Ledecka the snow boarding occasional skier that took gold in the Super G by 0.01 seconds. She's never placed in the top 3 in any ski events. The picture of her at the bottom of the slope staring at the leader board in disbelief

 

Go on, admit it. You were up at that time to watch FC whose fans had travelled in their thousands playing on the world stage. The HDM does love a bit of hyperbole, doesn't it?

 

1 - I didn’t know they were playing.
2 - unless it was on terrestrial then I don’t have the requisite channel.
3 - even if I did know they were on and did have the channel, I’d still rather fist my own arse than watch.
