Cooked lamb and spinach last week. Turned out proper nice as I was trying a different approach Won't be doing it again though as child number 3's face swelled up. Apparently spinach does this. Tried him again with a pizza with spinach on and same again Lamb and spinach is my all time favourite haandi
I'm gutted tbh These kids these days are allergic to fresh air Going to try him with other saags see what happens Do you eat sarsoon ka saag and all that?
Yeah I do....making Sarson ka Saag is effort..I usually wait for one of the women in the family to cook it before I get my supply. Drop some butter in and BOOM before you know it you're 4 chapattis down
My Mrs is a whitey so wouldn't know where to start. So I rely on my mum Mum being old school village girl means when she does stuff like saag she goes all the way making bajra roti (them green cementy looking ones) or the thick yellow ones with butter or ghee. Bit of green chilli chutney and the "kachi" lassi and it makes my day That said mum knows her saags, bathwara and all that too. She can be walking in a park and that and say "that's x, let's get some it goes nice with potatoes"
Yeah me too. There is a whole world of different types of roti (chappatties) out there made with different flours. Its not really hit the UK
Aye, my mum doesn't cook much nowadays...she's almost 80...just lets the others sort it. I don't like that flour...old skool..the yellow ones are sweetcorn flour, not for me. A cold glass of milk always works

We bought a new bed last year (went in for a new mattress only!!). It's a igel mattress, which sounds like what Sky is describing. I think the mattress started at around £1200, but we ended up with the whole lot, including supidly priced pillows, so the total bill was around £2.2k. I hurt my back years ago and struggle with mattresses at the best of times. This one is spot on for comfort.
