I always think Dele reminds me of Gilzean who was also full of tricks and flicks especially with his head. Harry Kane has Geaves instinct for taking up the right position to score and that's why so many of his goals look simple.

  2. Hm. Interesting question.

Well, given that our squad is about twice the quality of yours, Wenger would have to work twice as hard to **** us up as he has you Gunners.

On the other hand, I think Poch would struggle with most of your players. He's a great manager, but he's not a miracle worker.

Wenger would undoubtedly save his reputation with us by getting top 4, but we'd clearly never be title challengers.

There was quite a lot around the Goons today but yeah, definitely not 7k. Probably counting the office chairs in the backrooms and the benches in the dressing room.

Considering the hack sh*te he endures all
season, he is allowed the odd foray into
    Jose land.

I suppose the reality is that after a great result and a fantastic second half performance, the last thing a manager wants is some clever dick journo trying to pick him up on his team selection.

    #345
  6. Agreed. Just thought he bit immediately - as if that particular journo is on his watch list! Is he the same one who wound him up the other night?

Unrelated question but typing using swiftkey keyboard on mobile not606 using chrome on my phone has become impossible the last few days. Doesn't add spaces. Randomly predicts wrong words. Only happens on not606. No other site or app. Bizarre. Anyone else got his or just me?!

Tell you what, I'm gonna try and contact
our Jeremy basher *** and find out WTF has
    asked particular questions.

I note that the Irish waste of time plank-ton
of last season has been nowhere around
    this season.

The site's been borked for a while. Case in point the logout function's been broken since at least November.

1-0 really doesn't tell the true story of that game, 4-0 wouldn't have flattered us.

Wonder if Dave and Jan have allowed Aubameyang out of their combined pocket yet? Not sure if anyone else has mentioned it as I've not read through previous comments yet but from what I understand, he's become the first person to lose to Spurs three times this season - but of course, according to Paul Merson, we were due to experience something completely new with him today :)

Been harping on about Ben Davies since the end of last season and he just continues to perform. World class cross today from such a complete full back. Genuinely feel he's propelled himself from being an excellent back up to staking a claim to be considered the best LB in the Prem.
Hopefully Tripps will have moved up in some people's estimations (?), for me another really good performance against a top side.

Where the **** has that Dembele been all season? ****ing hell that was the monster we'd all come to love in previous years, unplayable when he's like that.
Think Dier had his best game of the season, too. Helped Mousa dominate that midfield battle and was getting stuck in to everything along with getting up the pitch at times.

Dele ran himself into the ground, swear he must have covered every area of the pitch, may not have scored or assisted but that's been one of his best displays of the season.

Harry done what Harry does best, no other words needed.

    Happy days, well done boys!

Shades of when he didn't pick Danny Rose shortly after a return from injury and the press ran wild with "Rose and Pochettino fall out" stories.

MP will know who this journo is and has probably had it with him. However. it maybe best to get everyone else laughing at the twat by asking the hack, "Who else should I have left out, Harry Kane, Mousa Dembele?"

Hell, we've had plenty of stories of him falling out with players based on him not picking them that a quick visit to PhysioRoom would have punted into the long grass.

Follow Coco's example. Get it all out.

He's a full-on back street fighter. Back 5 minutes and he's got 3 yellow cards already.

Let's do some diagnostics. Try typing:

"Arsene Wenger has just made another 30m-plus signing and it is very..."

and if the word that is suggested is "exciting" or "encouraging" then I'd just wipe the phone and start over again if I were you.

    If you get

"...much like when we signed Granit Xhaka"

then there may be some hope. If it says

"...likely that we should also put a bid in for Moussa Sissoko"

then I think it might just be that your phone has achieved a state of sentience that the manufacturer perhaps did not anticipate.

I think you are missing the point. You have some better players than us but Poch has built a team. If he took over your squad he'd likely have to sell half of it to get rid of the prima donnas. If Wenger took over our squad he would probably do fine for a few months while the team ethos remained
