Always had a soft spot for Donny's sister Marie in her younger days.....

It seems 106 year old James Coppinger still runs the midfield for Donny's boys but they are on a run of 6 games without a win. we won't play two up top so will Zorro play out wide or sit on the bench as a replacement for Big Mag on 60 minutes?

Will Aribo start or be (unfairly) benched again?

Will Mrs Robinson's boy be in charge 3pm tomorrow at the Keepmoat or will the Bowyer/Jackson team be in charge?
For me it will be 1-1

    <cheers>

I expect Bauer for Lennon to be the only change.
Still looking good a few years ago when she accepted an invitation from Kilmarnock supporters to visit them and sing "Paper Roses"- a song adopted by the fans when Killie were at rock bottom.

Predicting Charlton is tough, but I'm going for 3-2 Donny.

We cannot defend, and although we are making chances too many are being wasted.
I think FHB's prediction is not far off. 3-2 home win, or possibly 2-1.

Hope I'm wrong, we don't want to be losing more ground on the top 6. February and March last season were rubbish, and with injuries and take-over distractions this Spring might be little better.

Wetherspoons for £5 will sling in a cerveja.

Whilst you're there look at the flats and come back with one, loose change buys.

Mr Sitter and Mr van Gerwen should be shaking hands and making up today. They can then have a beer so to end the bickering like a married couple.

It's going well so far! :1980_boogie_down:

Addicks 0-1 up and just about everyone else in the top half of the table doing their best to lose...

This is the time of the season when many teams in the lower reaches of leagues begin to wake up and grind out results, driven by the realisation that they are in trouble.
Doncaster are safe in mid-table, so hopefully we can see this game out.

Jean Huelin walking right through the away end at half time with a homemade collection bucket - for a 4 year old Charlton fan called Jack who has cancer. We have got around 800 here today.

    <applause><applause>

    Trolls on ITTV wouldn’t understand.

Looks like the whole league knows we lose our defensive bottle in the last five minutes.

    You couldn't make it up.

FIVE points thrown away in the dying minutes of our last two games. <steam> :headbang:

Two points literally thrown away in the last minute.

For 93 min we were completely comfortable & in cruise control against a very poor Doncaster side. I don’t remember Amos having a shot to save. JFC and Kashi bossed the midfield with almost embarrassing ease. Fosu was excellent (he is a much better player than the anonymous Marshall). Da Silva was playing well and Bauer filled in the Harry Lennon- shaped hole in our defence. Despite his goal last week, Magennis was very poor today. His 2nd touch is often a tackle. I can’t believe he won’t be dropped for MKD.

Our support was excellent today - the most sustained noise I have heard from our away end in a long time. Clearly the real fans have been buoyed by Duchatelet’s imminent exit. It was good to be back after a horrible, enforced 4 month absence.

And Charlton never fail to find new ways of lettting you down.

According to the stats I've seen,
Charlton had one more shot off-target (7) than Doncaster - and one more shot on-target (3) than Doncaster.
We had 48% possession, and 6 corners against 5 for Doncaster.

I would not dispute your assessment of the game Royston as I was not there, but though Charlton may well have been comfortably containing the home side, the bare numbers do not indicate that we were really dominating.
And our inability to kill off the game from a winning position has cost us dearly yet again. I feel for our excellent travelling supporters today. I don't think even ITTV trolls would claim expecting to come away celebrating an away win shows a 'sense of entitlement'.

No doubt the usual suspects will play up what they see are the positives, but the way other results went in the top half of League One, Charlton were seconds away from taking full advantage. The fixtures don't get any easier from here on in either.

Credit to the fans who made that long journey today.

Best away atmosphere in a while, it all kicked off post match too. There were two arrests, maybe more but I got bored watching the fighting.
