If, as the statement on the Club official website claims, the Allams’ were presented with “Allam Out” scarves as Christmas presents at one of the previous meetings that is very childish and hardly going to sit well with our sensitive (when it comes to taking criticism) owners. And before anyone suggests it, I am no Allam apologist. MoH
It’s not really ambiguous, it just says they’re not changing anything unless forced to by the Premier League and there’s **** all chance of us troubling the Premier League any time soon.
If the Allams really have the best interests for Hull City wouldn't it make more sense to meet with the supporters despite the claimed thinly veiled threats? or they realised they had been sussed and had nothing to offer at tonights meeting? For sure many will only see their version of events and blame the Trust.
I don’t think there’s anybody left who’d actually see their version events is there? They used up their goodwill a long time ago.
I think it's possible to see the truth in all of this, but also regret the opportunity the Allams have been given by trying to play them at their own game.
Do you think protests at the game bothers them? Maybe something at Allam marine, social functions, polo chuckers, squash tournaments, queens garden party just might.
“In an effort to maintain and continue the positive dialogue we have overlooked inappropriate incidents at the first two meetings, such as being presented with ‘Allam Out’ scarves as Christmas presents by the Supporters' Trust on behalf of Hull City Action for Change. I agree not a smart move by the Trust on behalf of Hull City Action for Change. "Inappropriate incidents at the first two meetings" the scarves is one what else happened that they view as inappropriate?
Did the scarves actually happen? Anyone verify this? Or is it more bullshit? Perhaps it was just the personal verification Ehab needed - Allam Out
GLP - I do not know but it should be easy to verify. Can someone who attended the previous meetings confirm/ deny? MoH
You've got it in one (on both counts). -> I don’t think there’s anybody left who’d actually see their version events is there? They used up their goodwill a long time ago. Sorry TW, but unfortunately, unbelievably, you are wrong. Beggars belief but there is.
The worst part of this is I actually thought something might change. I thought the Allams might actually try and bring concessions back. Absolutely fuming, I said I would not attend a game until they are gone. I am tempted to attend the game on Sky to take part in any protest, that's how angry I am. If anyone know what the protest is, message me! I know you won't share plans on a public forum!
If it is true it's not childish it's damn unprofessional and it beggars belief an elected person could even think it acceptable
Not a surprise. I'll hold my tongue on what I really want to say because these vermin would probably take me to court. Needless to say my opinion of them isn't peachy.
