We bottled it and went for the supposed sure fire ‘safe’ option, as we looked in real danger of going down.

He’s not going to win over Blues between now and May imo, so he’ll get shunted and we’ll try again. Hopefully we might get it half right next time lol.

Its unbelievable how Allardyce, Pulis and others have managed to convince a whole generation of fans, pundits and journalists that the only way for survival and success outside of the top 6 is to play negative, dull football.

I think your owner showed his inexperience and the whole process was a bit of a shambles, really. From the start it was unfair on all the people involved, from Unsworth to Silva. Lets just hope they've learnt from it and are already looking into potential replacements. The worst thing you could do as a club is let Allardyce do a full pre season, all the signings then get rid in September/October as happened with Koeman.

It has only ever been to do with football you ****ing bellend. Despite you and your dumb ass scouse mates trying to make it into something it isn't.

Quite ****ing sad really that some would want to try to goad me down that road, because your losing an argument on football. Just sums you lot up really.

It's not something I have any intention of discussing though <ok>

Yep, can’t argue mate. It was easier when we didn’t have a pot to piss in it seems, as Kenwright was shackled to Moyes who spent his resources very wisely. Moshiri has pissed away a fortune already on poor buys and sacking / hiring managers lol.

You'd get the same treatment on any of the busy boards.

Klaassen and Sigurdsson were Koeman, the rest were Walsh. The Walsh buys are better value or solid prospects imo.

I never thought I’d see the day we paid £27m for a striker and then bench him after 1 game ffs, he was a Fat Sam buy.

Walcott will be a sound buy though imo.

If he can stay fit he's a very good signing.

Sissoko must've been really aggressive. He spent the whole game on the bench! <laugh>
