you cant question JB quality dead ball skills & his eye for a pass,he always wants the ball & wants to get it moving forward,as long as his wages (which imo at least 25k) doesnt ruin the desire to work for each other, fight for each other,be a unit together, play for each other & supporting your team mates the boys have demonstrated over the last 3 weeks then it can only be a good thing !!
Good luck Ipswich, trust me all us Hull fans and the Fulhams fans aren't mistaken about Bullard- also Sonko might be alright for you but he's a laughing stock with us, was atrocious on loan.
Not really mate, no offence but Jimmy is the biggest waste of space we've ever had, you can believe that he's OK if you want, we didn't believe Fulham when they told us but they were spot on. It's not sour grapes. Good luck.
Ok fair enough, you can only judge on your experiences as we can, so far ours has been a good one, it was most definitely his influence last season that helped us avoid the drop, time will tell, so long as he signs of course...!
I can see where Hull fans are coming from, but in terms of what he has done at Ipswich, if you watched him for us you cannot argue that he is a player any Championship team would want in there squad. I just hope after all this time it has dragged on he's not a flop!
Jimmy should have played for England,he was in the squad when we signed him. He's a brilliant player as you know, but he's also a waster.Hope he does well for you,but at the same time,i hope he gets just what he deserves as he is everything that is wrong in football.
I'm very excited about this one. Will be a great signing as long as he stays fit. I feel after every signing we make their supporters of their previous club come onto these boards saying he is a waste of space. I can see why Hull are annoyed but then again they were ridiculous to sign him on the wages they did and for the money they did when he has a history of injuries, I heard that they also didn't treat him very well when he was out injured. I think perhaps neither party handled the situation well. After seeing him play for us last season I think he will do well for us. He seems to show a love for the club and settled well. When we played Norwich not only was he the best player on the pitch and yes we lost 5-1, his work rate was superb and he looked really fit. Last year he was the best player on the pitch by a mile for us and will be if he signs. We need a character like him at the club atm and I believe we may not have been in this division this season if we wouldn't have signed him on loan last season. I think he would walk into any team in the championship.
Hull and Fulham fans are entitled to say that if he didn't get on there - but he was our best player of last season by such a long distance.
