For me, this one is beyond a 6 pointer. To this point I’ve been firm on ‘we will scrape up’. I genuinely think whoever loses this one is a goner, and I don’t think we will lose. Birmingham are a woeful side, I can see is pinching it.
A bit frustrating that they’ve hit a bit of form, but so have us, burton, Bolton over the last 10 games. Relegation because a real threat and players start to buck up their efforts I don’t think this will be a draw, and I’d like to think it’ll be an open attacking game. The reality is that it’ll be cagey, reckon the first goal will be enough to win it. 1-0 to the Lads, JOS to get his first goal for us from a corner.
Half-time in the Chelsea game, I just saw highlights of Sunderland winning the F.A. Cup from the second division. I feel like my lad just scored a goal!
I hope so. in all honesty they were better than us at the SOL, we couldn't get near Jota the Spanish lad. A point would be mint.
A point would be bordering on acceptable, but we need wins. We need 6 wins and a few draws, I think, as a minimum.
Last time I was at Birmingham v Sunderland was when a young man called Trevor Francis burst on the scene. He lead us a merry dance that day with them winning 3 - 1....how times flies.....as I mentioned earlier I fancy us to win this one. CC's hard work will soon pay dividends...haway the lads!!!!
