If we didn't immediately follow this match with the Brighton-WBA double-header, I'd be keen on us going as strong as possible. Build on the Spurs game, get a win under our belts, progress in the Cup.

But I don't want us rotating, under ANY circumstances, for Brighton and WBA. So if he doesn't think that certain players are up for playing three times in a week, then they don't play vs Watford.

 

Don't know what to expect from this game. On form there isn't much between the two teams, though I think we are the better side (though not massively), but we are at home....but our home form isn't good....we should have beaten them in the league....but they now have a new manager.

Out of sheer loyalty but not total conviction, 1-0 or 2-1 to us.

Yes to strong team. We need a win, we are desperate. Swansea winning and will be up to 20pts if Liverpool don’t equalise.

Yeah, those Brighton/WBA games are the most important of our season in combination. If the cup in any way affects the team for those two matches, it's a Code Gardos in terms of lineup choices. Hell, play him in goal for all I care.

 

I would rest Romeu at least. We don't need him picking up a yellow on Saturday. But I would like to see a strong team. Bring Boufal in, give Gabbi another start.

Just a thought....will Fraser get a chance in goal in the FA Cup match? Would make sense....give him match practice and not make him feel totally ostracised....after all you never know if he'll be needed in the league before the end of the season. And he has the incentive to play the game of his life....not that a keeper should need incentive.
