Didn’t realise that damn it coz seriously, I’d tell DL to call Bournemouth and offer Llorente plus Sissoko for Defoe

Good shouts on Aurier and Dier.

Yeah mate, like I said in the same post, he shouldn't be anywhere near a pitch let alone the starting XI so there's no real need for me to then mention about how poor he was as it's a given 99.9% of the time lol.

Had to have been this season' worst team performance
Poor movement from too many players and worse basic passing
    Awful

Add Chadli ( :emoticon-0106-cryin I really miss Nacer), Townsend, Dempsey, Sigurdsson and I'm sure a number of other attacking mids/ wingers I'd rather have than that waste of space.

Totally, Nacer had an eye for goal in a Spurs shirt. And why we let Siggy go I’ll never understand!

Awful. so many players off their game today. So many bad decisions on the ball and so many poor passes.
As others have rightly said only Davies, Vertonghen and Vorm could hold their heads up high today. The rest were shocking.
Son was anonymous, Dele trying to be too clever and over elaborate everything and Dier and Dembele were so poor.

Son and Dele have been very good recently and are allowed an off game but to have Eriksen missing we just didnt have any quality in the final third.

Lamela looks very rusty and we desperately need attacking reinforcements. We never do business in January but if we dont i think we will fall short of top four.

I think I was one of Chadli's biggest fans when he was here, always had a knack of scoring a goal at the time we most needed one. Was genuinely devastated when he left.

Not down to Pochettino only. If the players were at 80% we would have won the game, but the majority just didn’t play. Pundit on NBC suggested that more of the players were suffering from the virus, just not as badly as Eriksen and Lloris.

Well that was a poor performance, not helped by the conditions and several players being way off the pace. Only Vorm, Davies and JV played well, Son, Dele and Sanchez were particularly poor, and Dembele way too eager. Our players looked a yard short of usual, maybe it was the conditions or was it their Spanish holiday that affected their mindset and focus?

I thought Poch could have done more to change the game, Llorente could have replaced the ineffective Dele to offer something different for example.

Our next 3 games are massive and will probably see us lose touch with the top four in my opinion, I can see a draw against United, a defeat at Klanfield and a win against the Goons, making just 4 points from our next 9. We still need to keep battling though, as 5th place could be worth a CL place if an English team wins it this year.

Drawing games having had a lot of the ball, but having failed to create many proper chances (or take them) is frustrating - I know because Utd have done this recently too, although we do lack creativity, full stop.
When Spurs are in control of games and go 2-0 up, I always fancy you to get 4 or 5. Confidence, pace and swagger returns to your play and players like Alli and Son play more instinctively. This often happens when Kane has taken the chances which have come his way to open up that advantage. Son looks great when the pressure's off.
When games are in the balance and/or Kane isn't so ruthless, these players aren't as effective often enough. The absence of Eriksen was obviously a factor today, but he goes missing too.
That's four 1-1 draws v bottom half sides in the last months in games where you've dominated possession.
