Well, i thought that was a very very good performance. Thought the ref was a bit poop tho. Could have won all three points with abit more luck in front of goal .
This is my slight concern, we've had good performances against top sides before without grabbing a win. Regardless though thought we were good going forward and probably should have nicked it at the end. Draw probably a fair result. Defended much better in second half too. Brighton is certainly a must win, no excuses.
Very well deserved MOTM for JWP today. He was immense. He’s been quite good for a month now as a matter of fact. Finally coming into his own?
Really hope we take confidence from this match and keep up the pressure for the full 90 in both matches.
I am thinking, after that performance, keep it up, add a couple of new signings, and we will be ok, and stay up!
We played very well, but, neither the defence or attack is quite good enough. Its close but Kane's goal should have been defended and 3 or 4 very good crosses could have been converted. All in all though, happy with that. There was no way I could see anything than a convincing Spurs win at the start.
Very good performance that merited more than a point. Couple of signings before the next games and I’ll be happy.
Same old problem though, who's going to come whose better than what we have (to a club in the bottom 3)?
