Clyne has been out for ages. What was his injury? Seems like he's been missing for years!! I think he's better than Gomez and TAA but I'm not sure he's that much better. So it'll be interesting to see who Klopp goes with when all available. Or will he buy someone...
Clyne is finished I reckon. Gomez and TAA are miles better going forward as well just keeping possssion. Clynes 1v1 ground defending is really good though but he’s awful in the air. I hope we buy a top quality RB and move Gomez into a CB role
Imo you have GOT to give taa a go before buying. maybe Gomez will move inside.. but taa coyld be an excellent rb with work so do we just buy and buy or do we work and improve. cos frankly you might as well sack klopp and employ ahem.. Mourinho or some other cheque book manager if so.

If we buy a quality RB, then it means we can move Gomez to CB. But then it means TAA can grow into Rb without having the pressure. One of the reasons for why we’ve been good this season is because we can attack down both flanks. If we bring Clyne, then we lose that threat on the right.
Its a back injury, and I agree he's a better RB than TAA or Gomez. I prefer us to use Gomez whilst Clyne is still out. Its a position Klopp will have his eye on I'm sure. I think we can do better than Clyne, and Gomez is a CB and TAA still a kid learning his trade
I thought there was something fishy with the Clyne absence a long, long time ago and now I’m convinced there is more to it since a rumour or 2 surfaced about drugs. There hasn’t been a single interview or anything has there, just like he no longer exists!
Not even pictures of him doing light training, not ever at Anfield and just disappeared. Something definitely fishy
Tbh honest I'm on the fence with this, Sakho was got rid of in no time by Klopp after him dabbling with the fat burner, if Clyne has been taking recreational or banned performance enhancing drugs he'd surely be gone before now, the shame it would bring on the club if it's been hidden just so that we don't have to sack him would/will be out in the open sooner or later. I hope it's a genuine injury because the alternative is unacceptable.
Yep, also it’s a touchy subject as if he was caught you’d be silly not to play the ‘addiction’ card and seek help! Can’t publicly shame and fire someone if that’s happened either. Who knows, hopefully it’s just a back issue and we’re doing everything we can to get him back fit, but it’s earily quiet
