Yes I saw that. Pretty pathetic especially the clown pictures. With fans like that we deserve to go down. I'm hoping it falls flat on it's face. Accept the club are going to stick by the manager and get behind the team. I'm really beginning to dislike some of our fans.
I’m your biggest fan I’ll follow you until you love me Papa Papa Waigo Always remember singing that at Roots Hall in the pissing rain in 2009, one of my favourite Saints games and chants. We won 3-1, goals from Trotman and Lallana x2 I reckon I can still name the team from that day
Danny Wallace was my first real Saints hero. I met David Peach when we were in League 1 as he was the guest speaker at the Gillingham away game (I had hospitality) - great guy, so friendly and remembered every game I mentioned.
Crawley is my original home town club. Perhaps Saints could learn a thing or two, about communicating with us fans! https://www.crawleytownfc.com/news/2018/january/22.01-gaygusuz-statement/
https://www.irishexaminer.com/sport/soccer/--466157.html Based on a single appearance in the EPL, talk has begun on the international future of Obafemi. Has played for Ireland U19s (country of birth) but has Nigerian ancestry and could possibly qualify for England as he has lived here most of his life. Has taken part in training camps at St George's Park, but that's a long stretch to getting in the England team. Two issues for him....where his heart lies and also where he would get game time. I hope he chooses a European team....purely selfishly as it is a pain when players disappear for extended periods. However, early days.
If I'm reading this right Saints are the 18th richest club in the world?.http://www.bbc.com/news/business-42767374
This statement contains nothing different to what Pellegrino has said in press conferences and elements of Ralph Krueger’s recent interview
And Bournemouth was 28th. Crazy thing is that's despite the weakened pound. Sadly, our stay in the top 20 will be short-lived.
I saw a lot of that on twitter following the game. Irish sites saying he's Irish, Nigerians claiming he's Nigerian and his interview with a clear English accent. Personally guess at Ireland. Can't imagine he'd choose Nigeria.
