His wife will be pleased, the amount of gardening leave he's had, his garden will look fantastic

 

When his time was up here I wanted him out...
Looks pretty much the same at Southend...
But it's sad, he's a football man who should be on the training ground, not in a studio.
He'll do well out of it, but football isn't, in a strange sort of a way...
