I'm slightly gutted we couldn't hold on, but what a magnificent team we have and I love them, bring on the second game

 

Very very proud.....of the 8000 plus fans, the team performance was amazing......I actually thought they gave them a better game than most premiership teams this season and very proud of LJ with his set-up and tactics...i'm pretty gobsmacked as I did expect a bit of a tanking.......brilliant..
Did I say I was proud!!!!!

Been an avid follower of this site ever since the demise of the old 606. Now is the time that I can't resist joining in. I'm SO PROUD of our club, management, staff and team at the moment that I might actually burst! Tonight's result is not important. We are still in the tie and at home. Did you hear the noise our away fans made. Totally impressive. Wait till they come to the Gate! "Johnson says Bounce Around". But please - don't forget this seasons ultimate prize. BCFC not out of place in the Prem!

 

We will give em a game at the gate.
Full house rocking,we will do to them as we did Man Utd.

I was one of those supporters & I shouted myself hoarse...so bloody proud of my club, a place in the final & promotion to the prem is not out of the question.

 

I know I get slaughtered more often than not for coming across as an LJ lover! But i really do like the way he sets our team up and how he wants us to play..
It's not luck we have beaten so many Premiership teams this season and given a good impression of ourselves against one of the best teams in Europe right now..
I can see that we do need a few more quality players if we want to reach the prem......but whatever happens from now and till the end of the season.....we've had one hell of a journey...fingers crossed it doesn't fizzle out with nothing to show for it at the end...I believe LJ's building something very special.

 

Agee totally and echo all of your sentiments. I expected us to get slaughtered tonight when I saw their line up but we actually gave them more of a game than many in the Prem' would have done. The cup run is a very nice distraction but I so hope and pray that the final whistle to this season sees us winning the real prize. COYR!

 

Well done guys. I know you lost but yet again you impressed me a lot with your performance. You really push Man City all the way and I know their players know they been in a game tonight and will not be looking forward to the 2nd leg that's for sure! Unfortunately, this is becoming a bit of a habit now, coming over here and praising you lot!

After the your game tonight, I went on twitter and posted a tweet giving your team deserved praise for a impressive performance and that you should be proud. Lets say my tweet didn't go down too well with a fair few gasheads.

Now, again, all I did was give credit where it was due, which was a respectful thing to do in my opinion. In return, I was abused a good number of times and my loyalty to my club was questioned. The hatred towards me from my own fellow fans, just because I praised your lot, was pretty shocking to see really. I know its just twitter and it shouldn't bother me but I cant believe how bitter and narrow minded some people are. Also, I have had over 15 people unfollow me too just for giving praise FFS

99.9% of the time I am proud to be a gashead. Right now though im in that 0.01% zone of being ashamed of being a gashead due to their ******ed behaviour.
