I am glad I went, pretty decent atmosphere actually and good to see a win away!

We played some really good stuff until we got to the box and then (same as last week) our final ball was poor. We got into so many good positions, and I think the team played well and we defended a lot better. One of Henriksons better games but he had the same issue as everyone with his final.

So glad to see Evandro back I thought he was excellent, he had some great touches and made a real difference. We where a lot poorer when he went off.

A win is a win. I'll take anything to give us a boost at the moment.

Massively you could see the whole team didn't want to concede another late goal, it made us panic and stop playing football. We lost all organisation and positioning went heywire.

Blackburn went very direct with Graham up top and given Sheffield Wednesday and Bolton did the same thing it shows we are quite susceptible to long balls into the box. They had one great chance and should of scored, however undeserved.

But we got through it, I really hope this gives us the confidence now as I think that is a huge issue for us.

Just watched BBC highlights too! For sure it was a very lucky day to not concede. Crossbar and such promising shots. Blackburn can blame themselves for missing.

"It’s like saying John Moore was alright because he wasn’t as bad as David Jones."

That would only be said in error.

First game I've listened to commentary this season.
I normally listen to 5 mins of Viking then switch of as it' s really impersonal.
With the dynamic Duo back it felt like we had people who care about City again.
Excellent stuff and roll on the next Round.
    PS.
    Viking 2. Piss off!!

Burns might but I promise you Swan doesn’t. His first words at half time every ****ing week are “Ow are Leeds doing?”

If he was commentating on Leeds he'd probably ask how we are doing.
Does he ask how Burnley are doing ??
I'll leave others to their hang ups !!

Saw the stat on Twitter today. Even the teams we beat in pre season began with the letter 'B'!

Erm no, he supports Leeds and doesn’t care about City. Which was what I was responding to.

We will be alright when we get into Europe then. Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich will have no chance.

Not in the slightest, I was responding to a post about the 2 commentators caring about City.

I hope the manager can get his message across or get tactics they can play to, because at the professional level that doesn't sound good enough. Obviously he's working with players who he didn't bring into the club, we need leaders and experience.

We've had that issue for ages, under Bruce as well.

Peter Swan played for us and other teams as do most ex players inc Whitehurst, at least Swann refers to City as “us” and “we”

From Angus Young of the HDM on Twitter

Last month Coventry beat Stoke to be UK City of Culture 2021.
Today Coventry beat Stoke in the #FACup
It's got to be a #hcafc #CCFC culture clash in the Fourth Round.
